Jerusalem, May 13 (Hibya) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Eden Golan, representing Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest.
In his statement, Netanyahu said, "I saw that you received almost the highest number of votes from the public, not from the judges, and you held Israel's head high in Europe. You brought great pride to the State of Israel and the Israeli people. Congratulations!"
Eden Golan said, "It was an honour to represent our country. We achieved the impossible, and it was a great privilege. I felt the love of our country and the support of everyone, and it was unforgettable."
