Netanyahu: We aim to form a broad-based government
Jerusalem, November 2 (Hibya) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that they do not want a government dependent on the Ra'am and Joint List parties, saying, "We aim to form a broad-based government with any party that does not support terrorism."
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated in a post on his social media account that they do not want the government to be dependent on the Ra'am and Joint List parties. Netanyahu accused these parties of supporting terrorism and denying the existence of the Jewish state.
Noting that they had taken steps from the very first day to form a broad national government, Netanyahu said, "A clear majority of the Jewish electorate chose Likud as the largest party and chose me as prime minister to lead the next government."
Regarding their goal of forming a government, Netanyahu stated, "We aim to form a broad-based government with our partners and any party that does not support terrorism. I am open to dialogue on this matter."
