Omani Foreign Minister Albusaidi met with his Canadian counterpart Anand
Muscat, May 13 (Hibya) - Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi announced that he met with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand during her first official visit to Oman and that they signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Expressing his satisfaction with the visit, Albusaidi said, “Our discussions confirmed our alignment on regional and global challenges and our shared commitment to dialogue, balance, and constructive engagement.”
Sharing strategic goals for the coming period, Albusaidi stated, “Going forward, broader cross-sector cooperation and a deeper bilateral partnership are envisioned.”
Minister Albusaidi added, “We signed a memorandum of understanding on political consultations.”
