The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates issued a statement strongly condemning what it said was an attack carried out by settlers together with Israeli forces in the village of Tel, west of Nablus.

The ministry said that at least five Palestinians were killed and many others, including siblings, were injured in the attack, stating that the incident occurred after settlers raided the village and opened fire on civilians. The statement also said that a day earlier, two Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces' gunfire in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, and that their bodies were being withheld.

The ministry argued that the attack is part of the ongoing "Nakba" against the Palestinian people, alleging that Israeli authorities and settlers act in coordination and that these actions are an extension of annexation and ethnic cleansing policies.

The statement further claimed that the impunity surrounding settler attacks stems from the protection provided by Israeli authorities and official rhetoric, and called on the international community to take concrete measures to stop settler violence, provide international protection for the Palestinian people, impose sanctions on settlement activities, and prosecute those responsible under international law.
