Gold (GOLD) rose by 0.11 percent to $4,316.80. Silver (SILVER) gained 0.79 percent, reaching $66.74.
Copper (COPPER) traded 0.13 percent higher at 6.3057, while platinum (PLATINUM) increased by 0.15 percent to $1,763.80.
Palladium (PALLADIUM) gained 0.55 percent and closed the day at 1,233.95.
