Prevot: Gaza plan offers an opportunity for ceasefire and humanitarian aid
Brussels, September 30 (Hibya) – Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot stated that they welcome U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan for Gaza, stressing that the plan includes options such as a ceasefire, humanitarian aid, and the release of hostages.
Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Prevot made a statement regarding the conflict in Gaza. He said: “I welcome the Gaza plan presented by President Trump. The plan offers options that can provide what is needed: a ceasefire, unhindered access to humanitarian aid, the release of hostages, and the reconstruction of Gaza with a political perspective toward a two-state solution.”
Minister Prevot emphasized that Belgium is determined to support the plan, adding: “This is exactly what Belgium has consistently defended and is ready to promote.”
