Putin: The foundation of dialogue in Ukraine is the victories of the Russian army
Moscow, February 27 (Hibya) - Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the daily victories of the Russian army on the battlefield create the conditions for initiating dialogue on resolving the crisis in Ukraine and other international conflicts.
Speaking at an extended meeting of the FSB Council on Thursday, Putin said: "Today's dynamic changes in the international landscape are largely the result of the courage and resilience of our Armed Forces, our heroes. Through their bravery and daily victories, they have created the conditions for serious dialogue on a fundamental resolution of both the Ukrainian crisis and other conflicts."
The Russian President also called for the creation of a long-term, indivisible European security system, which he stated "would genuinely ensure balance and mutual consideration of interests."
Putin emphasized: "The security of some cannot be ensured at the expense of the security of others, and certainly not at the expense of our security or that of Russia."
