Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The State of Qatar deposited with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) its instrument of accession to Annex VI of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78), under the 1997 Protocol.

According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the instrument was deposited during a meeting at the organization's headquarters in London between the State of Qatar's Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Permanent Representative to the IMO, Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Thani, and IMO Secretary-General Arsenio Antonio Dominguez.

The meeting discussed the importance of Qatar's accession to Annex VI, as well as support for international efforts to reduce air pollution from ships and strengthen the protection of the marine environment.
