According to a statement by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with US Vice President J. D. Vance.

During the meeting, the close strategic cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United States, as well as ways to support and strengthen this cooperation in various fields, were discussed.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in the region and Pakistan’s mediation efforts aimed at reducing tensions in a way that would contribute to enhancing security and stability in the region.
