Washington, May 1 (Hibya) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States and Ukraine signed the Reconstruction Investment Fund Agreement, saying, “The US and Ukraine are at a turning point toward shared prosperity.”
The United States and Ukraine signed an agreement guaranteeing US access to Ukraine's natural resources.
Secretary Rubio emphasized that under President Donald Trump’s leadership, the US and Ukraine reached a critical point in their shared prosperity, stating: “The two countries signed the Reconstruction Investment Fund Agreement — an important step toward ending this war.”
