According to the reports in the media, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova stated that Poland's authorities have attempted to seize control of the former Russian consulate building in Gdansk.

Zakharova emphasized that the building is the property of the Russian Federation and invited "irresponsible circles in Poland to carefully evaluate the consequences of such illegal actions."

Zakharova also addressed the continuing unjustified pressure by German authorities on Russian citizens and compatriots, saying, "We strongly urge our citizens to avoid traveling to Germany."
