During his conversation with Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar expressed concern over the intention to support UNRWA, stating that adopting a one-sided anti-Israel narrative would damage the long-standing ties between the two countries.

Referring to the diplomatic process with Lebanon, Saar said: "I spoke about the historic framework agreement signed with Lebanon last week in Washington, D.C., and emphasized that Israel will continue striving for peace with its neighbors."

Addressing relations with the Netherlands, Saar stated: "I said that adopting a one-sided anti-Israel narrative would seriously damage our long-standing and excellent bilateral relations."
