Sanchez: I ask parliamentary groups to support the Intervention Plan
Madrid, May 5 (Hibya) – Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez called on parliamentary groups to support the Intervention Plan.
Sanchez stated that the Spanish government was the first to approve a €14.1 billion aid package to resolve the customs tariff crisis.
He called on parliamentary groups to support the plan, saying: “Let them stand up for their countries, companies, and workers.”
Sanchez added that tomorrow they would present to the Council of Ministers a proposal to reduce working hours, a social demand aimed at improving efficiency and stability. “I expect support from employer associations. Let’s focus not on low prices and long hours, but on human capital and innovation,” he said.
