Madrid, March 9 (Hibya) - Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation Jose Manuel Albares met with African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security Bankole Adeoye.

Albares said, "We discussed the cooperation between Spain and the African Union, which we continue to strengthen." He added that they also addressed the situation in the Sahel and West Africa as well as Spain's Africa Strategy.
