UK Prime Minister Starmer said that the recent terrorist attack was not an isolated incident, but the latest example of attacks targeting individuals because of their Jewish identity.

Starmer stated that following the incident, he met with Shomrim and Hatzola volunteers as well as first responders, thanking them for their bravery.

Emphasizing that the events have caused serious concern for the entire society, Starmer noted that the government acted swiftly.

The Prime Minister announced that increased funding has been provided for police patrols and that protective security measures have been strengthened. He also stated that legal regulations aimed at combating “malicious state actors” would be accelerated.

Addressing the Jewish community, Starmer said, “You belong here and we will do everything we can to keep you safe.”
