Stubb stated that Finland has long relied on a strong preparedness system, saying, "Our society must continue to function during all kinds of disruptions, from geopolitical tensions and hybrid threats to supply chain shocks and energy crises."
President Stubb emphasized that Finland’s Comprehensive Security model is unique, adding that it is built on close cooperation between the public sector, private companies, and citizens.
