Sybiha holds phone call with Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan
Kyiv, August 11 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said he held a productive conversation with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, during which they discussed bilateral relations and regional security issues.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha shared details of his contacts with his Armenian counterpart and the strategic issues discussed.
Referring to the main topics of the conversation, Sybiha said, "I had a productive conversation with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. We discussed the development of Ukraine-Armenia relations and ways to further advance our bilateral dialogue."
Highlighting recent diplomatic contacts, Sybiha said, "We discussed our recent high-level contacts, particularly President Volodymyr Zelensky's and my visit to Armenia for the European Political Community Summit."
Addressing regional security and the ongoing war, Sybiha said, "We exchanged views on regional developments and the importance of stability and security in our regions for broader European security."
Sybiha concluded his remarks by saying, "I informed my colleague about the consequences of Russia's latest attacks on Ukraine and its ongoing terror against our people and civilian infrastructure."
