Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha said that overnight Ukraine was subjected to hundreds of Russian missile, drone, and bomb attacks targeting civilian infrastructure, as well as energy and heating systems.

Sybiha reported that residential buildings were damaged and civilians lost their lives. “While the whole world calls on Moscow to finally stop this senseless war, Putin relies on more terror, attacks, and aggression,” he said.

“Now is the time to respond with strength, not weakness,” Sybiha emphasized, stressing that new decisions must be urgently adopted, including defense aid packages and sanctions against Russia.

Sybiha also noted that threats by some EU countries to halt certain energy supplies to Ukraine are unacceptable. “This blackmail weakens Europe and benefits Russia. It must end,” he said.
