Three ballistic missiles launched toward Riyadh detected
Riyadh, March 22 (Hibya) - The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced that three ballistic missiles launched toward the capital Riyadh were detected, and one of them was intercepted by air defense systems.
According to BBC, a ministry spokesperson stated that the missiles had targeted the capital shortly before.
According to official data, one of the three ballistic missiles was destroyed in the air, while the other two fell into an uninhabited area outside residential zones.
The ministry reported that no casualties or material damage occurred as a result of the attack.
