Tsahkna: Russia's attacks must not go unpunished
Tallinn, October 8 (Hibya) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that 33 people were killed and at least 18 others were injured in a Russian airstrike targeting two buses in Kramatorsk, emphasizing that those responsible for the attack must be held accountable.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna issued a statement regarding Russia's airstrike targeting two buses in the Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk.
Tsahkna reported that 33 people were killed and at least 18 others were injured in the attack, adding that residential buildings were also damaged.
Noting that Russia's attacks on civilians are increasing, Tsahkna said: "The number of civilians killed or injured this year has already exceeded last year's total."
Commenting on the Russia-Ukraine war, Tsahkna stated: "Make no mistake: Putin's war is driven by ruthless imperial ambitions and is not constrained by human suffering."
Tsahkna added: "No act of brutality, no scale of destruction, pain or terror is a limit he will not cross. Accountability must be ensured. Impunity only fuels further crimes."
Tsahkna expressed his condolences and support to the families of those killed and injured, as well as everyone affected by the attack.
