Tsahkna: Russia's sabotage is state-sponsored terrorism
Tallinn, September 8 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said Russia's sabotage and provocations should not be regarded merely as “hybrid threats,” arguing that they amount to state-sponsored terrorism aimed at intimidating and dividing societies.
Tsahkna said in a social media post that he spoke with Felicia Hassan of Swedish Radio about the security reality facing Europe.
