Türk: Time is running out to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius
New York, October 27 (Hibya) – United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, stated that time is running out to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Türk, explained that only decisive, united action based on human rights can alter the course.
Türk called on COP29 and COP16 to make bold commitments for the future of our planet.
