Two people reportedly killed in Abu Dhabi in attack attributed to Iran
Abu Dhabi, March 26 (Hibya) - As ongoing military activity in the Middle East spreads to Gulf countries, reports of mutual attacks and interceptions have emerged from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
According to the BBC and local sources, in the Sweihan area of Abu Dhabi, two people were killed and three injured after debris from a ballistic missile intercepted by air defense systems fell to the ground.
The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that the attacks were carried out by Iran; Saudi Arabia and Kuwait also stated that they had neutralized numerous drones and missiles in their airspace.
Bahraini authorities reported fires due to “Iranian aggression” and instructed residents to seek shelter. In the Israeli city of Kafr Qasim, six people were slightly injured and some buildings were damaged following an attack allegedly involving cluster munitions.
