UAE Land Forces hold awareness campaign for World Heart Day
Abu Dhabi, October 1 (Hibya) - The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defence announced that the Land Forces Command organized a health awareness campaign as part of World Heart Day.
In a statement, the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defence said the campaign included health screenings, medical and informational consultations, as well as awareness activities highlighting the importance of a balanced diet and physical activity.
The statement added that awareness seminars addressing the main risk factors for heart disease were also held.
