Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha: These agreements are important for advancing the peace process
Kyiv, May 24 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that the second phase of the historic prisoner exchange, carried out under Turkey's mediation, has been completed.
Deputy Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha noted that the completion of the second phase of the historic prisoner exchange was welcomed with joy not only by 307 Ukrainian families, but by the entire country.
Sybiha stated, “The agreements reached in Turkey are being implemented. Such confidence-building steps are of great importance for the advancement of the peace process.”
