UNICEF thanks Norway for humanitarian support
Oslo, May 22 (Hibya)- United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) Executive Director Catherine Russell said that they discussed global humanitarian aid efforts during meetings held in Oslo.
United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) Executive Director Catherine Russell announced that they met in Norway’s capital Oslo with colleagues and representatives of partner organizations to evaluate global humanitarian aid efforts.
On behalf of UNICEF, Russell thanked Norway for its long-standing support for children and its commitment to international humanitarian law.
Russell stated that this approach is more important than ever under current global conditions.
