New York, April 25 (Hibya) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) reported that around half a million people have been newly displaced in Gaza over the past month.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced that around half a million people have been newly displaced in Gaza over the past month.
The statement read: "Numerous evacuation orders issued by the Israeli army leave Palestinians with less than one-third of Gaza to live in. The remaining area is fragmented, insecure, and nearly uninhabitable. Overcrowded shelters are in poor condition, service providers are struggling to operate, and the last available resources are close to running out."
