According to CCTV, U.S. embassies in several Middle Eastern countries issued warnings to American citizens regarding the security situation in the region.

U.S. embassies in countries including Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia posted similar security notices on their websites.

The statements said: "Due to heightened tensions in the Middle East, the security environment remains complex, with the possibility of unpredictable escalation."

U.S. citizens were advised to exercise caution in the region, monitor developments, and be prepared to leave in the event of heightened tensions. They were also urged to prepare for flight cancellations, temporary airspace closures, and possible transportation disruptions.

American citizens outside the region were also advised to reconsider travel to the Middle East.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) shared a post on social media about a CH-47 Chinook helicopter deployed to the Middle East.

Iran's semi-official Tasnim News Agency reported that Iran had prepared a comprehensive response plan against possible attacks on the country's infrastructure. The report said the plan included consideration of targeting Israel's critical infrastructure and U.S. energy infrastructure in the Middle East.

The developments came as air strikes between the United States and Iran resumed and new tensions emerged in the Red Sea involving Yemen's Houthis and Saudi Arabia.
