Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to CCTV, Sodiq Safoyev, First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of Uzbekistan's Oliy Majlis, said relations between China and Uzbekistan have reached a deeper and more comprehensive level of partnership than ever before.

In an interview with China Media Group (CMG), Safoyev said political dialogue between the two countries is strong and mutual support in international organizations continues.

Stating that the “one China” principle occupies a fundamental place in Uzbekistan's foreign policy, Safoyev said China also supports Uzbekistan's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.

Safoyev said, “We have never had such a deep and full-fledged partnership before.” Noting that trust and relations between the leaders play an important role in developing ties between the two countries, Safoyev said China's presence in Central Asia and Uzbekistan contributes to the country's sustainable development.

Stating that China is one of Uzbekistan's important economic partners, Safoyev said the trade volume between the two countries exceeds 17 billion dollars.

Safoyev said more than 6,000 Chinese companies operate in Uzbekistan, working in various sectors including energy, renewable energy, construction and transportation.

Safoyev said investments, particularly in solar and wind energy, contribute to the development of Uzbekistan's economy, adding that the activities of Chinese companies in the construction and transportation sectors are also important for modernizing the country's economy and connecting it to global markets.

Safoyev said, “China's presence is about helping development.”
