Vance: We are fighting fraud in the SNAP program, and we are winning that fight
Washington, October 21 (Hibya) - United States (US) Vice President JD Vance made statements regarding cases of fraud within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Criticizing individuals who profit illegally from the program, Vance said they were exploiting assistance intended for children in need for their own benefit.

Vance said, "Unfortunately, as with so many other programs, we encounter people who decide to commit fraud in these programs. In this case, they are literally stealing food from the mouths of hungry children to enrich themselves. That cannot be allowed."
Stating that they were combating fraud in the SNAP program under the leadership of US President Donald Trump, Vance said, "Thanks to President Trump's leadership, we are fighting fraud in the SNAP program, and we are winning that fight."
