Zelensky: In Sumy, Russians also killed three people in a 'Shahed' attack
Kyiv, July 25 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia's attacks on civilian areas in Slovyansk, Sumy, Kharkiv and other regions, expressing condolences to the families of those who lost their lives.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a statement regarding the recent drone and missile attacks carried out by the Russian army against civilians and civilian infrastructure in various Ukrainian cities.
Describing the impact of the attacks and the targeted locations, Zelensky said: "Last night, more than ten residential buildings were damaged in the Russian attack on Slovyansk. Sadly, three people were killed. In Sumy, Russians also killed three people in a 'Shahed' drone attack, then carried out a double FPV drone strike on a Nova Poshta facility."
Zelensky said, "I extend my condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives. It is impossible that they did not know these were all civilian areas."
Stating that the attacks spread across many parts of the country, Zelensky added: "In Kharkiv, a drone struck a high-rise residential building. In Zaporizhzhia, an ordinary clothing market was set on fire. Drone terror against civilians continues relentlessly in Kherson and the Kherson region. The regions of Poltava, Chernihiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv and Dnipro were also attacked."
