Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the UK for providing a new support package for Ukraine. Zelensky stated, "This package includes funds to repair our energy grid and expand our production capacity, humanitarian aid for communities on the front lines, and a concrete contribution to holding Russia accountable for its war crimes."

Zelensky also mentioned that the UK approved the largest sanctions package since 2022, targeting Russia's oil and gas revenues and its secret tanker fleet.

Ukrainian President Zelensky also thanked Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Canada for a new two-year defense support package worth 2 billion Canadian dollars for Ukraine. Zelensky added, "We also appreciate the new sanctions package targeting 100 ships belonging to Russia's secret fleet."

Zelensky expressed his gratitude to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Australia for the largest sanctions package imposed on Russia since February 2022. Zelensky stated, "This package covers 180 individuals, organizations, and ships in the secret fleet. These measures directly reduce the Kremlin's revenues and weaken its war machine."
