Kyiv, October 21 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he had met with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in Oslo, emphasizing that they expect a new approach from Russia focused on peace rather than continuing the war.

Emphasizing that they continue to coordinate the next steps toward achieving a just peace, Zelensky said, "We held another meeting in Oslo this morning. Much will depend on whether the American side hears something new from Russia today, namely an approach focused on peace rather than continuing the war."
Zelensky thanked Norway and Prime Minister Støre for their support for Ukraine, stating, "I thank all the Norwegian people and Jonas personally for their leadership and support for Ukraine in the areas of defense, economy, and diplomacy. We feel this support every day."
