Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that bilateral ties between Australia and India have reached their strongest point ever, adding that the two countries continue to expand the scope of their partnership.

Highlighting the regional importance of the Australia-India partnership, Albanese said, "The relationship between Australia and India has never been stronger. Today, we are further strengthening our ties in defence, trade, investment and energy. We are also continuing our cooperation in education and technology."

Pointing to the contribution of the two countries' shared vision to regional stability, Albanese said, "Because together, we can be a force for peace and prosperity in our region."
