Madrid, July 1 (Hibya) - Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares announced new aid measures to support the humanitarian situation in Venezuela.

Albares stated that 44 specialists from the START team of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) had been deployed to Venezuela together with a field hospital.
The minister said Spain is proud of its humanitarian assistance and solidarity efforts, adding that a new aid package worth €300,000 for emergency shelter materials has also been dispatched.
