Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, in his remarks following the meeting, shared details of his contacts regarding strategic developments in the region and maritime security.

Conveying his messages regarding the content of the meeting and the regional situation, Araghchi said: “I discussed regional developments and explained that Iran will always fulfill its historic role as the guardian of security in Hormuz.”

Emphasizing his country’s role in international trade and partnerships, Araghchi concluded his statement by saying: “Iran is a reliable partner for all friendly countries that can rely on trade security.”
