Berendsen meets with Estonian counterpart Tsahkna
Amsterdam, March 16 (Hibya) - Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Tom Berendsen announced that he signed a cooperation agreement with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna that facilitates intelligence sharing and the protection of classified information between the two countries.
Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Tom Berendsen announced a new step that strengthens defense and security ties between Estonia and the Netherlands.
Emphasizing the close relations between the two countries, Berendsen said, “Estonia and the Netherlands are close friends and partners. We are working together to strengthen Europe’s security.”
Referring to the technical and strategic importance of the signed agreement, Minister Berendsen stated, “I am pleased to sign an agreement with my Estonian colleague Margus Tsahkna that facilitates the exchange and mutual protection of classified information between our countries.”
