Berendsen: The Netherlands remains committed to justice
Amsterdam, June 11 (Hibya) - Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen met with the families of those who lost their lives following the downing of Flight MH17 and reiterated the Netherlands' commitment to justice and accountability.

Drawing attention to the enduring pain experienced by the relatives of the victims, Berendsen said: "The pain and loss caused by the downing of Flight MH17 are still felt every day by many families. It is meaningful to speak with the bereaved about their memories, their losses, and the path toward truth, justice, and accountability."
Emphasizing that his country's legal and humanitarian stance will not change, Berendsen concluded his statement by saying: "The Netherlands remains steadfast in its commitment on this matter."
