Israeli President Isaac Herzog congratulated the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the U.S. Army for their operation against Iran.

Herzog called it a remarkable and historic step, thanking U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the decision. He expressed hope that this would bring a historic change not only for them but for the entire Middle East, and added:

“Israeli citizens, we have difficult days ahead, but we are a strong people and no one can defeat us or break our resilience. Take care of yourselves and please follow the instructions of the Home Front Command.”
