Trump: The U.S. has launched a military operation against Iran
Washington, February 28 (Hibya) - U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that the U.S. has launched a military operation in Iran.
According to CNN, President Donald Trump stated that the goal of the operation is to eliminate the immediate threats posed by the Iranian regime and defend the American people.
Trump mentioned that the Iranian regime has been shouting "death to America" for 47 years and is leading an endless campaign of murder and mass killings targeting the U.S., our soldiers, and innocent people in many countries.
Trump also stated that the Iranian regime aims to kill, adding:
"The lives of our brave American heroes may be lost, and we may suffer casualties — this is a common occurrence in such wars — but we are not doing this for today. We are doing it for the future, and this is a noble mission."
