IDF: Defense systems are working to intercept the threat
Tel Aviv, March 13 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a missile attack launched from Iranian territory toward Israel had been detected, stating that air defense systems were activated and the public should enter shelters.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released a statement regarding recent Iranian military activity and the security measures taken.
Stating that missiles had been launched from Iran toward Israeli territory, the IDF said: “Defense systems are working to intercept the threat. In the last few minutes, the Home Front Command sent direct early warnings to mobile phones in the relevant areas.”
The statement emphasized that it is critically important for the public to follow safety instructions: “The public is asked to act responsibly and follow the guidelines, as this saves lives. After receiving the alert, you must enter protected areas and remain there until further notice.”
In its statement, the IDF warned about monitoring the situation: “Leaving the protected area will only be possible after receiving explicit instructions. You must continue to act according to the Home Front Command’s guidelines.”
