Lavrov: Without a Palestinian State, the region will remain a center of extremism
Moscow, May 13 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov warned that instability and extremism in the Middle East will not end without the establishment of a Palestinian State.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov shared his assessments regarding the cycle of crises in the region and Israel’s military methods.
Referring to the risks arising from the unresolved Palestinian issue, Lavrov said, “Without a Palestinian State, the region will remain a center of extremism for decades and will harm Israel and its neighbors.”
Drawing attention to Israel’s attacks, Lavrov concluded his statement with the following words:
"With Israel’s disproportionate responses to extremism and terrorist attacks, this crisis risks turning into an endless cycle."
