Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni stated that diplomatic efforts aimed at using European Union (EU) resources more flexibly and effectively in line with Italy's national development priorities have produced results.

Noting that Italy's requests regarding EU funds have been accepted, Meloni said: "Italy requested and obtained a very important outcome from Europe as part of the mid-term review of cohesion policy: the reprogramming of more than 7 billion euros to be allocated to increasing the competitiveness of Italian businesses, measures to create affordable housing, and interventions in the water and energy sectors."

Referring also to the bureaucratic simplification aspect of the process, Prime Minister Meloni stated: "Italy has always supported the need for greater flexibility and simplification to ensure a more effective and practical use of European resources. This objective is being pursued through the reform of cohesion policies supported by European Commission Vice-President Raffaele Fitto."

Emphasizing the government's strategic goals, Meloni said: "This government will continue, as it has done since taking office, to work to make the best use of European resources in order to support the country's development and growth."
