German Chancellor Friedrich Merz met with Indian Prime Minister Modi during his visit to India. In a statement following the meeting, he said: “Partnership with India is a high priority for Germany.”
Merz also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing his satisfaction with the hospitality at his home in the state of Gujarat, and noted that the talks were held in a friendly and open atmosphere.
