Palestinian Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Migrants, Dr. Farsin Agabikian Şahin, met with the Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to discuss the humanitarian situation in Palestine.

The memorandum of understanding signed in 2005 between the Palestinian Red Crescent Society and the Red Star was reviewed. This memorandum emphasizes respect for the geographical boundaries of both parties and the markings of medical personnel, vehicles, and ambulances in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Additionally, it was emphasized that during the month of Ramadan, the Red Crescent should establish an emergency aid station at Al-Haram Al-Sharif in Jerusalem to provide medical assistance to those present.
