Palestinian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Dr. Farsin Agabikian Shahin, met with Portugal's Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel during the 10th Global Forum of the UN Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) held in Portugal, with the participation of the Palestinian Ambassador to Portugal, Rawan Suleiman.

Dr. Shahin emphasized the desire of the State of Palestine to strengthen and develop bilateral relations in all fields. He expressed the desire to cooperate in areas of common interest and to establish various partnerships, also highlighting the importance of Portugal recognizing the State of Palestine.
