Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Migrants, Dr. Varsin Agabikian Shahin, delivered a speech today (Tuesday) on behalf of the State of Palestine at the 10th Alliance of Civilizations Forum held by the United Nations (UNAOC) in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.

Shahin pointed out that the forum took place under the catastrophic conditions that the Palestinian people have been living under due to the genocide and forced migration policies carried out by the occupying state for more than 400 days.

He also highlighted the scale of the systematic destruction inflicted on the Gaza Strip with the aim of turning it into an uninhabitable place, and emphasized the ongoing annexation of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, along with continuous human rights violations, attacks on land, property, and sacred values.
