Istanbul, May 29 (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the week's trading session.
Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the week's trading session. Stock markets in Australia, Japan, India, and Hong Kong posted gains, while Chinese markets declined.
The S&P/ASX 200 index rose 1.33 percent to 8,707.50 points. In India, the NIFTY 50 index gained 0.02 percent to reach 23,912.85 points.
In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.10 percent to 25,281.43 points, while China's Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.37 percent to 4,083.618 points.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index recorded a strong increase of 2.53 percent, reaching 66,330.45 points.
