NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte held a phone conversation with Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal.
Regarding the call, Rutte said: “We had a productive phone conversation in which we discussed priorities on the road to the NATO Summit in The Hague, as well as strengthening deterrence and defense. Estonia is setting a strong example with its plan to spend at least 5% on defense in 2026!”
