Pakistan condemns Houthi attacks in Saudi Arabia
Islamabad, September 8 (Hibya) – Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the Houthi attack targeting civilian and energy facilities in Saudi Arabia and expressed solidarity with the Riyadh administration.
Pakistan Prime Minister Sharif said in a post on his social media account that he condemned in the strongest terms the Houthi attack on civilian and energy facilities in Saudi Arabia.
Sharif said many people were injured in the attack and noted that Pakistan stands in solidarity with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the people of Saudi Arabia.
Sharif said the attacks threaten not only the lives of innocent people but also regional peace and security, adding that Pakistan's support for Saudi Arabia's sovereignty, security and territorial integrity continues.
The Pakistan Prime Minister wished those injured in the attacks a speedy recovery.
